FILM REVIEW : James Marsden is Steve Clark the new teen to arrive in the seaside town of Cradle Bay. He befriends school misfit Rachel Wagner (Katie Holmes from Dawson's Creek) & together they stumble upon a sinister plan that aims at transforming the town's troubled youths into model citizens. Unfortunately the methods have deadly side effects & it is up to James & Katie to save the day. Disturbing Behavior is worth watching just to see Katie Holmes playing a character that is vastly different from her Joey Potter persona on Dawson's Creek.
